Terms and Condition

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the HYDR Food Delivery Platform, including services provided to customers, restaurant partners, and delivery partners. By accessing or using the HYDR app, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Platform Overview
    HYDR is a technology platform that connects customers with restaurants for food ordering and delivery services. In certain service areas, HYDR may also facilitate drinking water can delivery as an additional service.
  2. Eligibility
    Users must be 18 years or older to use the HYDR platform.
    By using the app, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  3. Orders & Delivery
    Food orders can be placed through the HYDR app.
    Order availability depends on restaurant operating hours and service location.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
  4. Food Preparation & Quality
    Food is prepared and packed by restaurant partners.
    HYDR does not control food preparation and is not responsible for taste, quality, hygiene, or portion size.
    Any food-related complaints should be raised promptly through customer support.
  5. Pricing & Payments
    Food prices are determined by restaurant partners.
    Delivery fees, taxes, and other charges (if applicable) will be shown before order confirmation.
    Payments can be made via cash, UPI, cards, or supported online payment methods.
  6. Cancellations & Refunds
    Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on order status and platform policies.
    HYDR reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, technical issues, or policy violations.
  7. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers agree to:
    Provide correct delivery address and contact details
    Be available to receive the order
    Treat delivery partners respectfully
    HYDR is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
  8. Water Can Delivery (Special Clause)
    In select locations, HYDR also facilitates drinking water can delivery.
    Water cans provided remain the property of the supplier/HYDR.
    Customers must return water cans in good condition during the next delivery or as instructed.
    Lost, damaged, or non-returned water cans will be charged ₹150 per can as a replacement cost.
    Normal wear and tear is acceptable; damage due to negligence or misuse is not.
  9. Prohibited Activities
    Users must not:
    Misuse the platform
    Provide false information
    Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities
    Attempt to disrupt app functionality
    Violation may result in suspension or termination.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    HYDR shall not be liable for:
    Food quality or preparation issues
    Delays beyond reasonable control
    Losses arising from misuse of the platform or services
    Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
  11. Suspension & Termination
    HYDR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, or legal requirements.
  12. Changes to Terms
    HYDR may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
  13. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
