Welcome to Hydr, your trusted water delivery service. By using our app, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Usage
Hydr provides water can delivery to customers based on orders placed via the app/website.
You must provide accurate delivery details (address, phone number, PIN code).
Services are available only in our operational areas.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders must be placed through the Hydr app/website.
Payment can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash on delivery (if available).
Prices are subject to change, and customers will be notified in advance.
3. Delivery Policy
Standard delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
4. Water Can Policy
Each Hydr can is provided without any deposit, as we trust our customers.
Customers must return the empty can after use.
If a can is lost, damaged, or exchanged with a local supplier, a replacement charge of ₹150 per can will apply.
This amount covers the actual cost of the can and ensures smooth continuation of our service.
5. Returns & Refunds
Damaged or defective cans will be replaced if reported immediately at delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
6. User Responsibilities
Do not misuse the Hydr platform (fraud, fake orders, etc.).
Maintain hygiene and safety when handling water cans.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hydr is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., delay inconvenience).
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Changes to Terms
Hydr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
